Valentine’s Calabrese Amore Dinner

This Valentine’s Day join us in the Crystal Room of the historic Ashland Springs Hotel for a wine dinner like no other. We are celebrating Executive Chef Francesco Console’s roots by offering this traditional menu reminiscent of Calabria, Italy. This four-course menu crafted by Chef Franco is paired with Calabrian & Sicilian wines and finished with an Amaro from Chef’s Italian childhood.
