Guided by LARKS Bar Lead Jay, enjoy live demonstrations and tasting pours of three unique chocolate cocktails—shaken, stirred, and built in the glass—each showcasing its own style and technique.

The night wraps with an interactive finale where you’ll create your own custom cocktail using curated ingredients and take home a personalized recipe card. It’s a spirited, late-night celebration of creativity, community, and the art of cocktail making.
