Here at Larks Restaurant it is our privilege to continue the Southern Oregon’s tradition of making true artisan food. Coupled with this understanding is a deep love for the craft, for food, and for those who will eat it. Our philosophy includes the use of the freshest, locally sourced ingredients possible and a mutually beneficial partnership with the local farmers and other food purveyors.

Cooking from scratch, Executive Chef – Franco Console, together with his team, are inspired by Oregon’s farms, orchards, creameries and wineries. His innovative comfort food showcases this region’s bounty, beautifully reflected in seasonally changed menus, and daily specials.
